SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We ship worldwide from Tokyo ( Japan ) by SAGAWA express for the domestic in Japan, DHL for Asia and Oceania countries, Fedex for Europe and the United States countries.

 

Handling time


All orders placed with us are usually processed within 72 hours (3 business days; which fall between Monday - Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping durations displayed on our website are average estimations in business days, based on our experience. Please note that the handling time of 72 hours is separate from the shipping time. In some cases, shipping and handling can take longer, especially during high seasons like Christmas or New Year and summer vacation period ( in August ).

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

REFUND POLICY


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't achieve its proper function.

 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS


Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.
Returns that are sent without our prior acknowledgement will be refused.
